Before real estate, Brian was a Director of Operations in the senior living industry and in hospitality management. Managing assisted living communities and restaurants required more than operational expertise – it demanded strong sales acumen, relationship-building, and an unwavering focus on the customer experience. Across financials, sales and marketing, and day-to-day operations, Brian learned that success comes from listening, connecting, and delivering results.
